Les raisons pour lesquelles la cuisine de la Slavonie a beaucoup d'admirateurs sont multiples, mais les produits frais et écologiques constituent l'une de ses principales qualités. Le lait, le fromage frais à la crème, les čvarci, le kulen (saucisse sèche piquante) et les saucissons ne sont que quelques-unes des spécialités favorites des habitants de la Slavonie, dont l'amour pour les plats piquants se manifeste le plus dans les plats légendaires čobanac et fish-paprikash. La richesse des saveurs éveillera tous vos sens, et vous pouvez vivre cette expérience culinaire lors de l'événement gastronomique "Musée dans la casserole", qui vous fera découvrir les anecdotes de cuisine et les recettes des plats traditionnels des XIXème et XXème siècles.

Si la cuisine de la Slavonie vous plaît, alors vous apprécierez certainement les vins régionaux, parmi lesquels une place à part est réservée aux vins du terroir de Kutjevo et aux vins du terroir de Brodski Stupnik, que les visiteurs peuvent déguster lors d’événements traditionnels consacrés à la viticulture et au vin. Le microclimat spécifique et le sol fertile de la vallée de Požega donnent au vin son arôme spécifique et ont permis la création du vin régional le plus connu, le graševina.
