Les compagnies charter ont fondé l’association « 4 Stars Charter Quality Pool »
« 4 Stars Charter Quality Pool » est le nom d’une association qu’ont fondée il y a peu 24 loueurs de bateaux locaux et autant d’agences de location germanophones. Les entreprises de location de bateaux qui ont fondé cette association disposent d’environ 700 bateaux.

Le but de cette association de loueurs indépendants et d’agences de location est d’améliorer la qualité des services et des rapports avec les clients et les partenaires, d’attirer des clients de qualité, et d’équilibrer les relations entre agences et loueurs. Les initiateurs de ce projet de « pool » sont le Yacht-Pool International d’Autriche, le Yacht-pool Croatie de Poreč et Agema de Koprivnica.

Les membres de cette association nouvellement fondée ont adopté un guide de conduite qui prescrit comment se comporter face aux clients mais régit aussi le relationnel entre membres de l’association. Ce codex dicte, entre autres, le standard minimum pour l’hébergement des touristes, les équipements et les équipements en extra.

Il est prévu d’établir une base informatique commune, grâce à laquelle le visiteur aura une vue d’ensemble de l’offre des bateaux de la flotte Four Stars, et une campagne de communication commune sur les différents marchés.  La Four Stars Loyalty Card est aussi en préparation. Il s’agit d’une carte qui permettra aux clients qui choisiront un navire de la flotte « 4 Stars », d’avoir une assurance complémentaire et octroiera de nombreux privilèges aux clients qui emprunteront souvent les yachts et la flotte.
