Drniš - La collection archéologique dans le parc national de Krka
A Puljani, à proximité de Drniš, la collection archéologique «Burnum» a été récemment ouverte dans le cadre du futur Centre de recherche et de science du Parc national de Krka. Dans quatre pièces de la collection de musée nouvellement ouverte l'apparence d'un village romain a été reconstruite ainsi que la vie dans les camps militaires.

La collection de musée «Burnum» est le résultat d'une recherche systématique qui a commencé en 2003. Cette collection se trouve à l'intérieur du Parc national de Krka, au dessus du canyon, des cascades et du lac dans un espace naturel encore intacte. La collection archéologique est une nouveauté dans l'offre du parc de même que la localité de l'amphithéâtre romain «Burnum».

Sauf ses objectifs scientifiques, la collection de musée a pour son but de rendre possibles les conditions pour le tourisme culturel, ainsi que d'améliorer l'utilisation de la partie du nord de la rivière Krka, abandonnée jusqu'à ce moment. Les objets exposés provenant d'une riche quantité d'éléments architectoniques retrouvés, de monuments funéraires, d'équipement militaire et d'armes sont choisis.

Il est attendu que la superficie d'exposition du musée archéologique, le premier achevé parmi les bâtiments du complexe muséo-touristique à Puljani, sera doublée dans les années qui suivent.
