Biograd na Moru – Crvena luka fait peau neuve
Quatre ans après que la société italienne «Octavia» de Modena a fait acquisition du centre de vacances Crvena luka, elle a commencé la construction d'un complexe touristique moderne d'une valeur de 20 millions d'euros près de Biograd. Les vieux hôtels et les immeubles du centre de vacances autour de la baie vont être démolis. Le centre de vacances avec un nouvel hôtel et appartements neufs devrait être terminé dans 15 mois, en mars de 2012. Après la reconstruction, le nouveau Crvena luka aura un peu moins de lits au total, mais la classification de l'hôtel passera de deux à quatre étoiles.

Crvena luka Bay Falkensteiner Hotel & Resort se compose de deux complexes – hôtelier et résidentiel. Dans le complexe hôtelier, le bâtiment principal offrira 42 chambres, une annexe de 15 chambres de type supérieur et un hôtel appartement avec 31 chambres doubles. Dans cette partie il aura 326 lits au total et dans le complexe résidentiel 280 lit supplémentaires. Le complexe résidentiel comprendra 46 suites avec balcon et un jardin, quatre villas indépendantes et 16 villas mitoyennes.

Dans ce centre de vacances de luxe destiné au tourisme de famille, on a prévu une grande zone de bien-être avec de salle de fitness comprenant une piscine couverte, un espace pour les traitements cosmétiques et un spa. Le restaurant principal proposera environ 300 places, et des clients auront à leur disposition de nombreux petits restaurants, bars et boutiques, deux courts de tennis, un terrain polyvalent pour le football et le basket et un terrain de Beach volley. A côté de la plage, outre la piscine et un bassin de plongeon, une piscine pour les enfants sera construite prochainement.

Crvena luka est connu depuis toujours comme la perle de la côte de Biograd dans cette partie de l'Adriatique. Elle se trouve à 5 kms de Biograd.
