La oferta de turismo en Croacia se enriquecería con 15 miradores más.

El plan es de la empresa Plovput que está encargada de todos los 48 miradores de esta parte del Adriático, de entre los cuales 11 se alquilan a los turistas. El objetivo de esta empresa es lo antes posible poner a disposición del turismo el mayor número de miradores, y esto se realizaría dando en arriendo los edificios de los miradores.

Por 11 miradores con 21 apartamentos existe un gran interés, tanto del turista local como del extranjero. Esto lo atestiguan los datos de que para Navidad y para Año Nuevo todos los miradores de Istria estuvieron alquilados, y el mayor interés lo atrajeron los miradores Sveti Ivan na Pučini, Porer y Savudrija. La estadía en un mirador que brinda una incomparable experiencia de soledad y escape del trajín cotidiano pertenece al turismo de élite. Un departamento especial para reservas de la firma Plovput los alquila, y en verano cuando hay más movimiento, colaboran las agencias de turismo que ofrecen unas excepcionales vacaciones agradables en los miradores.

Debido a que todos los miradores, que son monumentos culturales y datan en su mayoría del siglo XIX se encuentran en mal estado porque muchos años no se invirtió en ellos ni se los preservó, Plovput planea darlos en arriendo a los inversionistas interesados que los podrían restaurar, alquilar a los turistas y después devolverlos a la administración de Plovput.

 Para los miradores que se encuentran en un decadente estado, por su exposición a las condiciones climáticas y al vandalismo, se cederían por diez años, y aquellos que necesiten menor intervención por cinco años.
