Mali Lošinj – The Hotel Vespera gets recognition for their family offer
Already in their first year of operating as a family hotel, the hotel Vespera in Mali Lošinj has, along with many satisfied guests, received valuable recognition – a prize in the competition for the best tourist offer for families with children.

In the competition held on the Slovenian portal the Family hotel Vespera competed with their weekly program ‘An unforgettable family holiday in Lošinj’, and won first prize in the category ‘A family holiday at the sea side’.

With the decision from Slovenian and Croatian on-line voters, the hotel Vespera was awarded the statue Lizaljka (Lollypop), a kind of a childhood, relaxation and family holiday symbol.

The Family hotel Vespera was renovated in 2009 and at the beginning of this year it became the first hotel in Croatia that is a member of the prestigeous Austrian group Kinderhotels Europe. This is a network of the so called child-friendly hotels that has come up with a detailed concept for a family holiday for adults with children and babies.

Hotel Vespera holds four stars, has 404 rooms and stretches on almost 20.000 square meters. In proportion with its orientation it is extremely rich in content for both adults and children.

Parents have the services of child care at their disposal and the rental of necessary equipment for a carefree holiday – from pushchairs to bottle heaters and kettles. The whole hotel has been adapted for children, starting from the reception desk, the mini buffet and the highchairs in the hotel restaurant, to a special corner for mothers where they can prepare food to their child`s taste.

The richly equipped playrooms contain facilities for all ages, from well known manufacturers – from toys to mats for the youngest ones to Playstations for teenagers. The hotel has children`s playrooms and club areas for parents and children across almost 300 square meters.

Included in the offer as a special attraction, is a complex of outdoor swimming pools on more than 3000 square meters, on three levels that stretch towards the sea. The complex is dominated by a large pool with massage jets and water attractions and there are also two pools for children.
