Zagreb eden izmed 40 cenovno najugodnejših mest v Evropi

Zagreb S 43,64 ameriških dolarjev, ki jih turist porabi na dan v Zagrebu, je Zagreb pristal na devetem mestu seznama 40 cenovno najugodnejših evropskih mest za leto 2012. Najugodnejše mesto je bolgarska Sofija, medtem ko je najdražje Zurich v Švici. Slednje je te dni objavil ameriški spletni portal Price of Travel, in sicer na temelju raziskave »European Backpacker Index for 2012«.

Obravnavani so bili različni dejavniki kot so cena nočitve v dobrem hotelu ali hostlu, dva prevoza z javnim prometom, trije obroki dnevno, obisk ene izmed znanih znamenitosti in obisk treh lokalov (cenejše) pivo ali vino.

Na portalu Price of Travel je Zagreb predstavljen kot glavno mesto Hrvaške, ki se hitro razvija in ki ga je vsekakor treba obiskati. Po evropskih standardih je še vedno cenovno dokaj ugodno mesto, zlasti če se ga primerja s sosedno Italijo. Svojim uporabnikom, ki potujejo na Jadran Portal priporoča postanek in ogled mesta.

Najbolj cenovno ugodno izmed 40 evropskih mest s skupno porabo 23,71 dolarjev na dan je Sofija, sledi ji Krakow s 23,83 dolarjev, medtem ko se je na tretje mesto uvrstila Budimpešta s 30,05 dolarjev. Na seznamu evropskih mest, ki so po stroških na dan najdražja pa so Zürich (118,78 dolarjev), Oslo (103,51 dolarjev) in Stockholm (96,37 dolarjev).

Portal Price of Travel je s svojim delom pričel leta 2010, danes pa razpolaga z bazo podatkov o potnih stroških (z informacijami o namestitvi, prevozu, privlačnosti, ponudbi hrane in pijače ter cenah) za vse večje svetovne destinacije, in sicer za več kot 110 destinacij.
