Pelješac – nova turistična atrakcija vredna 70 milijonov evrov
Nov arhitektni projekt Bili dvori v majhnem ribiškem mestu Lovište na Pelješcu bi lahko postal novi naslov svetovnih bogatašev. Bili dvori bodo turistični resort, ki ga oblikujejo vile, stanovanja, butik hoteli s šestimi zvezdicami in 70 sobami, marina s 120 privezi, teniška igrišča, restavracije, bari, spa in wellness centri; skupna značilnost vseh vsebin, ki se razprostirajo na šestih hektarjih, pa bo luksuz.

Bili dvori se nahajajo na mestu, kjer se je ob koncu 80. let začela izgradnja apartmajskega naselja, do realizacije projekta pa naj bi prišlo v treh letih. Stroške investicije, ki je vredna 70 milijonov evrov, si bosta delila hrvaško podjetje in tuji vlagatelj.

S projektom bi oživeli kraj in zagotovili najmanj 200 novih delovnih mest, saj bi se povečala potrošnja lokalnih prehrambenih proizvodov in vsebin.

Polotok Pelješac je drugi največji polotok na jadranski obali, takoj za istrskim. Od Stonske ožine do rta Lovište na severozahodu je dolg 65 kilometrov. Nahaja se na jugu Dalmacije, večja mesta in bolj znana turistična letovišča pa so Ston, Brijesta, Trpanj, Viganj in Orebić.

Ob bogati kulturni in zgodovinski dediščini je Pelješac najbolj poznan po vrhunskih črnih vinih z območja Dingač in Pristup ter po bogati izbiri školjk iz Malostonskega zaliva. V hribovitih predelih je znano lovišče muflonov, za aktivne počitnice so tukaj hribi Sveti Ivan in Sveti Ilija za pohodništvo, Viganj za surfanje ter zahodni del polotoka s kolesarskimi in peš potmi.
