Mednarodne trajektne linije

Zadar – Ancona, Split – Ancona, Dubrovnik – Bari (neposredno), Stari Grad (Hvar) – Ancona.

Med Hrvaško in Italijo obratujejo tudi hitre ladijske linije poleg trajektnih.

Trajektne linije na obali

Reka–Split–Stari Grad/Hvar–Korčula– Dubrovnik

Lokalne trajektne linije s kopnim povezujejo naslednje otoke: Cres, Lošinj, Rab, Pag, Ugljan, Pašman, Olib, Silba, Premuda, Ist, Molat, Sestrunj, Rivanj, Žirje, Kaprije, Zverinac, Rava Zlarin, Dugi otok, Iž, Šolta, Brač, Hvar, Vis, polotok Pelješac, Korčula Lastovo in Mljet, Šipan. Lokalne ladijske in hitre linije povezujejo druge naseljene otoke, na katerih ne obstaja avtomobilski promet.

Reško okrožje – Lošinj, Susak, Unije, Cres, Ilovik, Pag, Rab
Zadrsko okrožje – Ist, Molat, Dugi otok, Zverinac, Sestrunj, Rivanj, Olib, Silba, Premuda
Splitsko okrožje – Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Lastovo, Korčula, Vis, Biševo
Dubrovniško okrožje – Mljet, Šipan, Korčula, Lastovo
Šibeniško okrožje – Žirje, Kaprije
Sezonska linija: Pulj–Unije–Mali Lošinj–Ilovik–Zadar.

Zadrsko okrožje – Dugi otok, Iž, Rava, Vrgada

Dubrovniško okrožje – Šipan, Lopud, Koločep

Jadrolinija

Glavni hrvaški potniški ladijski prevoznik ima največje število rednih, mednarodnih in domačih trajektnih, ladijskih ter hitrih linij. Glavni urad je v Reki.

Carinske izpostave za vstop tujih ladij

Stalne: Umag, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula, Raša/Bršica, Reka, Mali Lošinj, Zadar, Šibenik, Split, Ploče, Korčula, Vela Luka, Ubli in Dubrovnik.
Sezonske (v času poletne sezone): ACI Marina Umag, Novigrad, Sali, Božava, Primošten, Hvar, Stari Grad (Hvar), Vis, Komiža in Cavtat.
