Zagreb – Hotel Palace in the Worldhotels network
Zagreb has recently made a partnership with the hotel corporation Worldhotels, which does not include ownership rights, but services of sales, marketing, distribution, technological support, PR, global branding, management of revenue and internet selling.

Palace is the first hotel in the region that has become a part of the Worldhotels group and this corporation plans to expand their collaboration to hotels in other Croatian towns, such as Split and Dubrovnik.

Worldhotels is the fourth largest hotel group in the world after Hilton, Marriott and Sheraton. It was founded in 1970 and collaborates with 450 hotels at 250 destinations in 65 countries.

To become a member of the Worldhotels group the hotel must comply with around 300 quality standards.

Quality control is carried out by a method of ‘mystery shoppers’ who control the quality of service according to around 1500 criteria.

Hotel Palace, one of the oldest hotels in Zagreb, opened back in 1907.

In the time passed, 25 million kunas were invested in the restoration of the accommodation capacity and another 4 million into investment maintenance and bettering of the service.

The hotel is located in the former Schlessinger palace in Zrinjevac Park, surrounded by a beautiful city park, galleries, museums and the Academy of Art and Science.

Located only a five minute walk from the historical centre and the main city square, it is an ideal place for those on a business trip but also for those who are just touring the city.

Offering venues for meetings and events - salons Lenuci and Academia, restaurant Strossmayer and Zrinski hall - hotel Palace makes an ideal business meeting place.

Altogether the Hotel Palace holds 170 beds, spread through 118 luxury rooms, three apartments and two half apartments with a warm retro-chic interior.
