The new architectural project Bili dvori in the small fishing village Lovište on Pelješac could become the new address of the world`s rich. Bili dvori will be a tourist resort made up of villas, apartments, flats, a six-star boutique hotel with around 70 rooms, a marina with 120 berths, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, a spa and wellness centre, making luxury the common characteristic of all the contents which would spread across six acres.

The location of Bili dvori is a site where the building of an apartment resort began in the late 80`s and the planned realization of the project is three years.

The investment worth 70 million euros will be organised as a joint venture between a Croatian company and a foreign investor.

The project would bring the area to life, creating at least 200 new work places as there is a great need there for local food products and facilities.

Pelješac is the second largest peninsula on the Adriatic coast after Istria.

From the Ston isthmus to the cape of Lovište in the northwest, it is 65 km long. It is located in the south of Dalmatia and some of the larger and more known tourist destinations are Ston, Brijest, Trpanj, Viganj and Orebić.

Along with its rich cultural and historical heritage, Pelješac is well known for its fine red wines from Dingač and Postup and a wide selection of shells from the Mali Ston bay. The mountain parts are well known as mouflon hunting grounds; for an active mountain climbing holiday there are the mounts Sveti Ivan and Sveti Ilija; Viganj is ideal for surfing while the western part of the peninsula has hiking and biking trails.
