1. Istra - Buzet, Učka
The central "flying" point of Istra is Buzet. From the start on Raspadalica, flights over all the directions are possible. The area is thermally active, and beside excellent possibilities for flying, meek rolling hills, plateaus and villages, it gives a beautiful bird's eye view from the air. Good transport connections, many villages and hotels guarantee to the flyer be comfortable and well accommodated everywhere no matter where he/she has landed. The flyers are by all means recommended to fly over the Učka mountain with a view to the whole gulf of Kvarner, Grobnik field, Gorski kotar region and by good visibility even Pola and Trieste.

2. Biokovo
Biokovo has one of the most excising starts in Europe. When the flyer „takes off“ from the top, he/she is already 1200 meters above the ground and beneath his/her feet there lie Makarska, Podgora, island of Brač and Hvar on one side, and Herzegovina on the other side. Still, inexperienced flyers should resist this beauty, as Biokovo is significantly more demanding than for example Istra. One can also excellently fly in Omiš above the river Cetina canyon.

3. Tribalj
Ideal for flying for all kinds of pilots: from beginners to skilled ones. A comfortable start and good landing grounds make relaxing flights with beautiful view to the whole Vinodol region, Crikvenica riviera, island of Krk and the gulf of Kvarner. Accommodation may be found in the area of the Vinodol municipality, in Crikvenica or in Novi Vinodolski.

4. Baška
This „flyers“ destination is very popular with foreigners. There are several starts from the slopes above Baška with beautiful views to the islands of Krk, Rab and Cres.
