For extreme sports fans one should emphasize the festival „Vanka regula“ being for twelve years held in the small town Sutivan on Brač where in one place representatives of various „outdoor“ sports gather.

A group of Brač enthusiasts and adventure lovers has launched the festival with the desire to promote Brač as an ideal adventure destination. The festival is as an unsurpassable event of all adventure sports and great fun lovers mentioned in many international magazines and guides.

Each year, on the third week in July (this year from 12 to 18 July) Vanka regule gathers all the best Croatian and many foreign representatives of “elite” alternative sports: surf boarding, skate boarding, sports climbing, mountain biking, breath-hold diving and many similar activities.
