In the centre of Rijeka, in the Korzo pedestrian zone (promenade), a new, modern hostel was recently opened, which offers accommodation for 30 persons in two or more bed rooms. The lounge hostel Carnevale has a living room where guests can rest and socialize and five separate bathrooms. Guests also have free wireless internet at their disposal. The hostel is located close to the harbour, the main bus and train stations, and located nearby are many interesting city sites. Only a few minutes drive away is the far known tourist destination Opatija.
