Kutina – An Electronic Guide for the Centre of Moslavina
Kutina is among the first Croatian cities which have its own electronic guide. ‘Adria Guide Kutina’ introduces sites, tourist contents and gastronomy offers through 55 points of interest. Along with all the information about the 55 locations, the application guides tourists to their desired destination. The electronic guide can be used on GPS navigation devices, as well as i phones and smart mobile phones.

Kutina is located only a few kilometres from the swamp empire of Lonjsko Polje and the heavenly beauty of the winegrowing slopes of Moslavina Mountain. Kutina tells stories from the past; in the area of Lipa there are antique sites, in Crkvena and Radićeva streets you can find remains of traditional architecture, the Museum of Moslavina offers archaeological, ethnic and historically-cultural collections and there is also a gallery and various institutions with works of numerous great artists.

Kutina holds protected architectural heritage typical for the 18th and 19th century, and its long history can also be discovered at the archaeological sites Kutinec Grad, Plovdin Grad and Marić Gradina. Kutina is also famous for the Erdödy Manor, which today houses the Moslavina Museum and the rich Baroque church of the Holy Mother of Snow. The name Kutina is first mentioned in 1256 in documents of the Hungarian-Croatian king Bela IV, under the name Kotynnam.
