By the beginning of next year`s summer season, Dubrovnik will get its 13th five-star hotel, which will confirm its status as the most prestige tourist destination in Croatia, with the largest number of quality hotels.

Preparations for the construction of another luxury hotel with 55 apartments have begun in the Importanne Resort. This should enrich the offer of Dubrovnik in less than nine months. The tourist resort will carry the name Royal Princess Hotel, and construction works are planned to be finalized in June of next year. Apart from the luxury apartments, which will descend towards the sea, the facility will have an indoor and outdoor pool, wellness and a congress hall for more than a hundred participants, which will be open throughout the year. Importanne Resort is a large facility located in the green belt close to the sea in the area of Lapad where accommodation can currently be found in the hotels Neptun, Ariston, Importanne Suits and Villa Elita.
