The construction of a four-star hotel, with a capacity of 500 beds, which will be the first large building in the future tourist resort along the bay Prtljug, should begin next year on the western slope of the island Ugljan, near Lukoran. The investment planned for this project, which envisions the construction of housing estates, with 1700 beds, would reach up to 140 million euros.
