Long awaited premier episode of Anthony Bourdain's „No Reservations: Croatian Coast“finally aired on Monday April 23rd on Travel Channel. Within an hour, Tony established that Croatia is the next „it“gastronomy destination, and everyone who likes good food and good wine should not miss out. The episode was shot last year in Istria, where it shows truffle hunting, and then Zadar and Sibenik areas, finishing with a boat ride to the Kornati archipelago National Park.
