In the summer of 2011the aeroplanes of the Croatian national airline Croatia Airlines will be directly connecting Venice and Athens to Dubrovnik. The plan is to connect this southern Croatian city to Venice twice and to the Greek metropolis three times a week.

The airport in Dubrovnik has recently also strengthened its connections towards London. British Airways flights will increase from two to four times a week from the United Kingdom during the winter months.
