Croatia has recently been referred to in the Korea Times as the ‘’Mediterranean Miss World", and Dubrovnik as the "jewel of the Adriatic Sea."

Croatia is rightly called a ‘’ Mediterranean paradise’’, according to the article, adding that it is one of the safest countries in the EU where tourists can walk freely, without any danger, day and night.

"This Mediterranean country has a rich cultural heritage from the Roman Empire and the Middle Ages, it has authentic traditions, dances, songs and cuisine," writes the author of the article in the Korea Times who was delighted by the length of the Croatian coast and the number of national parks and nature parks. He stresses that Croatia is a country to which tourists often return and that Croats are very friendly and hospitable.

He admires the Croatian shipbuilding industry, medicine and food, and the first Croatian electric car that won first prize at the Motor Show in Geneva.
