Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik is the winner of ‘The Leading Croatian Hotel’ award which is given by the World Travel Awards, one of the world's most respected travel organizations which has for the last 17 years given out awards to the most distinguished operators of the tourism industry.

In the fierce competition from a total of 12 luxury hotels, the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik received the most votes from travel agents and tour operators.

World Travel Awards was launched in 1993 with the aim of finding and rewarding facilities that provide a superior customer experience and with their quality foster competition in excellence. Recognition of this organization is considered the highest achievement and also the best recommendation that a particular tourism product can receive.

In 2010, the hotel Hilton Imperial also won the following awards: ‘Best in Customer Service Award’, granted by the unique Croatian award program for recognizing excellence in service, ‘Trip Advisor-Recognition for Excellence’ and ‘Turistički cvijet’ (Flower of Tourism) - Quality for Croatia, as the best 5-star hotel on the Adriatic.
