The well known Istrian tourist destination Poreč should soon be offering another attraction - an aqua park, which would stretch across an area of seven acres and would be one of the largest in this part of Europe. The project "Aquacolors Poreč", worth 25 million euro, predicts numerous unusual adrenaline attractions, a large swimming pool with three meter waves, a one kilometer long "lazy" river for enjoyment and relaxation, a sandy beach, restaurants and shops, and one of the biggest adrenaline attractions should be a 24 meter high slide. The capacity of the park would be up to five thousand visitors, including 600 parking spaces which are planned to be constructed. "Aquacolors Poreč", which should receive its first guests by early next summer, will further complement the already rich tourist offer of Poreč.
