The construction of an eco-ethno village Strug that will cover an area of eight acers should be completed by 2013 on the old family estate in Plesmo, near Novska. The first phase of the project in which 3.5 million kuna has been invested, has been completed recently. So far, two restaurants with the capacity for 170 guests, a separate house which houses the reception, a pond and two barns in which there are four native Posavina horses, have been built. Guests can choose from 21 beds in three houses. These are original wooden houses of Posavina which are good examples of indigenous architectural heritage. The houses are a combination of traditional and modern technology and communication tools - air conditioned, with telephone and Internet connections and central heating. They have been categorized with four stars. During the second stage of construction, five traditional wooden houses, with a total of 22 rooms, which will include a space fully equipped for persons with disabilities, will be built.

Each house will bear the name inspired by motives of tourists’ arrivals such as the "bird lover’s house," "hunting lodge", "fishing house", etc. Once all the facilities are completed, the village will hold 70 beds. The third and final phase will be the construction of stables for twenty horses, sport courts for tennis, soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, paintball and a wellness and pool house. The catering offer of the eco-ethnic village will be purely local, authentic dishes with ingredients from organic farming, mainly in the area of the Nature Park Lonjsko Polje and local wines from Moslavina vineyards. Eco-ethno village Strug is by the level of investment one of the largest projects of Croatian continental tourism.
