Croatia was voted second most desirable European charter destination at BOOT Düsseldorf 2012 Europe's largest boat show, coming in after the Baltic Sea. Croatia is the first destination on the Mediterranean, followed by Greece, Spain, Turkey and France. This is the result of a sailor survey by conducted by BVWW, the German professional association (Association of waters sports). Fourteen Croatian exhibitors presented at the Fair. The exhibited vessels ranged from the producers of small boats, boats, sailboats and yachts, with a notable appearance by the representatives of diving agencies and ACY marina. Elan Yachts from Obrovac successfully presented their product range at the fair, especially the Elan 210 which was nominated for the European boat of 2012, and Elan 350 which won the European title for the best boat in 2011.
