Gorski Kotar and its largest centre, Delnice, should soon enrich the tourist offer with the new hotel Sport. This is the first mountaineering- sports hotel in Croatia, which will primarily target athletes, professional and amateur supporters of a healthy lifestyle and business people who combine work and relaxation. Precisely because of this kind of orientation the hotel will offer a range of sporting facilities such as tennis, soccer, basketball, a multi-purpose sports hall, a bowling alley, indoor swimming pool and ski jumps. The four-star hotel will be located in Delnice at the foot of the Park Forest Japlenški vrh across a surface of 170 acres. It will have a total of 39 rooms and 84 beds, three meeting rooms, saunas, fitness and massage rooms.
