Applicants should ignore the following sentence on page 11 as it's being deleted from the documentation:
If the cummulative number of realized impressions per market is lower
than 97% of the planned number, Contract performance guarantee shall be
enforced in its entirety.
The following sentence on page 10 :
Value indicators of eligibility: the bidder or group of bidders must
prove that their average annual income over the last three years is
equal to or higher than 7,000,000.00 HRK.
changes to:
Value indicators of eligibility: the bidder must
prove that their average annual income over the last three years is
equal to or higher than 7,000,000.00 HRK.
The rest of the Documentation for Online Advertising Services remains unchanged.
